Unlock Bios Password HP 640 Bios password unlock

Hi,
I recently bought two HP 640 G2 notebooks. Both have a admin bios password set that I don't know.
I already downloaded the unlock.zip file you did send to another user.
I wonder how to use it since the notebook asks for the bios password even when your trying to do a bios upgrade.
Will this file even work on my notebooks?

you should program those bin file on the bios chip of motherboard with programmer device
